The living room, dining room, kitchen combo is all open and great for entertaining and has plenty of seating for everyone. There is a large Covered deck that is accessible from the living room, great for enjoying the cool sea breeze and sunsets. (Deck furniture stored in garage and will be out, seasonally) The dining table seats 6 with 4 stools at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen tv and a door that joins it to the upstairs bathroom. The bathroom has a tub shower combo. The second bedroom upstairs has a bunk bed set (2 twin beds) and a full size futon. The third upstairs bedroom has a full size bed. The downstairs bedroom has a Queen bed with a bathroom that has a shower There is also a foosball table in the downstairs common area. Parking for 3 Vehicles There is a propane grill available for guest use however it is to remain on the ground floor and not to be taken on the stairs or deck for any reason. MUST BE 25+ TO RENT - NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY May bring up to 2 pets only with approval and $75 non refundable pet fee per pet. Will not accept more than 2 pets.NO BBQ GRILLS ON THE DECK!!
