We will have to discard them if any. • Lawn Care: Scheduled bi-weekly. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission. • We provide a BBQ. Guest will not get refunded if any unexpected malfunction or if gas is emptied. We provide a starter quantity. Guest will have to fill it if they need more. • Please do not open the garage mechanical door nor park your vehicle inside.• Trailers/boats are not allowed on the driveway or on the streets of this community.• Please avoid parking on the grass as it is an HOA violation. • There shall be a mid-stay inspection for quality and safety purposes from our team member for stays that are over 28 days or more. • Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city. We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control.
