Private Bathroom.The cozy at home feeling you will have in my home is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.The spaceCozy all year long with A/C and heat controlled by you to your comfort level. The private bathroom attached to the room gives an extra level of privacy and convenience. Comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to four guest.Guest access The bathroom, dining area and living room area in your Studio in the lower wing are private to you. There is also a large back deck area you are welcome to share and where we kindly ask that if you smoke you would please do so there.Other things to noteI think this is mentioned elsewhere, my Studio is on the second floor of my building. There are landings about every 10 steps if you need to pause.
