Surrounded by pine woods, it is also just 6 minutes from I-95 and it lies just minutes away from Richmond Hill’s newest high and middle schools.The home was built in 2019 and is beautifully decorated. There is a large kitchen with new appliances and stocked for the first few days of an extended stay. The home primarily rents for 30 days or more but may beavailable for shorter stays.Tivoli Cottage has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed. A Jack & Jill bathroom connects the two bedrooms.The kitchen, dining room and living room are open, with a four-top table for serving food. There is a lot of room to unwind and relax—and we haven’t even gotten to the back yard, where a small, shaded patio has outdoor seating, and a large yard leads straight into slender, Georgia pines.Tivoli is a great base for recreation in the area. A kayak/fishing-boat launch is a mile or so away, and there are many coves and rivers from which to launch larger craft to explore the coast.The home has 3 garages. These are not open to guests.Parking for 2+ cars in the driveway.This home also rents for 30 nights or more. Starter supplies are provided. Guests will need to supply their own consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags.For stays of 38 nights or more, we are able to split your payments into multiple payments so that you do not have to pay for the entire amount upfront.
