The Town of North Beach is 2 miles away with the famous boardwalk, public beach, shops, first Friday farmers' market, etc. Chesapeake Beach is just a few miles more with The Chesapeake Beach Resort and Spa, restaurants, grocery, library, railway museum, etc. Annapolis is 45 minutes away and Washington, DC is within 1 hour. The house is all on one floor . Both bathrooms are upgraded with handicap rails. Oversized living room, large dining room and kitchen with an eat in table for watching the birds from the bay window. Plenty of room for a large group to enjoy the comfort of this custom built home. Nice to walk and enjoy nature while spending family time. We have a weekly special with pricing at $225 a night!
