Just up a flight of stairs, your stay is located on the second story of this duplex-style home, offering a quaint combination of rustic farmhouse warmth and Chesapeake Bay beach-house relaxation. Upon entry, you will immediately fall in love with the home's cathedral ceilings, warm wood flooring, and open layout. As the chef of your group cooks up something delicious with the help of the stainless steel appliances and other provided accessories, you can sit back on the living room's oversized sofa. The bedroom, bathroom, and washer/dryer are available on the main floor. Up a set of stairs, the loft offers additional sleeping arrangements, a TV viewing area, and a collection of board games. For all of the TVs in the home, you can use your own streaming accounts to enjoy your favorite shows and movies. A DVD player and media library are also included if you’d prefer. Outside, you'll have shared access to a spacious deck and outdoor seating.Nearby, you'll be just minutes from beaches, bakeries, and breweries. North Beach offers a great mix of antique stores, gardens, gift stores, ice cream shops, and of course, the North Beach Boardwalk. While access to the boardwalk is open to the general public, the beach itself requires a pass between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Two residential passes (good for up to eight guests) are provided in the home. The cost to access the beach without a pass is $25 per person/per day. Additionally, a variety of beach gear is provided to guests including towels, chairs, a wagon, umbrella, and cooler - all are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional beach gear is available for rent at the beach should you need anything else for your visit.Things to KnowThis Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host. Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services. If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! Guestworks is a service offering of Vacasa that allows homeowners to smoothly and efficiently manage their own properties.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
