It is right in the middle of town, near all of the food, entertainment, shopping, health care, and other conveniences.This is a perfect place for families, traveling workers, traveling nurses, or any other people wanting an affordable, private, and safe place.Despite this precious vintage and mobile home and apartment community being right smack in the middle of town, this property is nestled on a quiet corner with beautiful trees. You can hear the wind blowing through the leaves, creating a nice relaxing atmosphere. Even though you're staying in this oasis, most modern creature comforts are within walking distance. It is truly unique to the area and a great hidden gem.Hosts are local and provide support if neededWe respectfully request that smokers smoke outside away from doors and kindly dispose of their refuse in a trash receptacle. No pets, please.As mentioned, these apartments and mobile homes are older but in good shape and well maintained. They are cute even. We are working on improvements every day.
