There's even a waterfront fire pit for you to enjoy. The main house features 6 private bedrooms, a large wraparound porch with an outdoor dining area and waterfront views, plus a charming sun porch. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel, commercial-sized appliances and a convenient dishwasher. Fire up the crock pot to cook with ease! Inside the main house is where you'll find a wood-burning fireplace, a washer and dryer, A/C window units on the third floor, and a flat-screen TV. The cottage/camp area is a 4-bedroom structure complete with vaulted ceilings, a wall of windows, and plenty of comfortable furnishings. The kitchen is well-equipped with full-sized appliances, and you can choose to dine inside or out on the screened porch. Soak up the sun on the deck, and tune into all your favorite shows on the flat-screen Smart TV. Finally, this property has a third unit, comprised of a studio cottage that is perfect for 1-2 guests. This quaint cottage boasts a private deck, coffee maker, and a full bathroom.-- THE LOCATION --Chateaugay Lake is a prime spot for fishing, swimming, sailing, and boating of all kinds.
