This is a perfect space for spending time with friends and family or a couples retreat!The home has an open floor plan, with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and a sleeper couch. Bedroom 1 has 1 full size bed & Bedroom 2 has 1 full size and 1 twin size bed. The kitchen comes with a microwave, Keurig coffee machine, air-fryer, dishes, plates, cooking/baking utensils, toaster and many more.Guest have full access to the dock, water and any outdoor amenities on the property such as kayaks, grill, yard, and others. For guest/children under the age of 16, they must be accompanied by an adult when on the dock/near water or in water and have a life jacket on. Life jackets are available for children & adultsLocation: Within the area and only a couple minutes away, there are many local restaurants & bars on the water!Located just 15-20minutes away from Cicero & Syracuse or if you decide to venture further out and have some time, go explore Oneida Shores County Park, Lake Ontario, Green Lakes State Park, the Great New York State Fair (Set date & Time) , the Finger Lakes/Wine Country region, The Turning Stone, Point Place, Yellow Brick Road and Del Lago Casinos, and many more.Additional Details: Please read the guest manual for instructions, any general Q&A's and local recommendations & favorites!
