This cozy, well stocked space is best for a couple, or a family of 3 or 4 with small children. Enjoy swimming, fishing, and water sports from a 100-foot aluminum dock. Guests can bring one boat to the rental. A small boat can be tied to the dock (approximately 2-foot water depth), or to a mooring further out (approximately 4-foot water depth). There is parking available for two vehicles and one small boat trailer. On-site kayak, canoe, and small boat launch. Experience the outdoors by cooking on an outdoor propane Blackstone 36" flat top griddle, dining on the lakeside deck with a four person dining table/umbrella, and enjoy breathtaking sunsets in the lounge chairs with shade umbrella. Portable fish fillet table available.The cottage has 2 bedrooms. One has a queen bed. The other has twin bunks and a sit/stand desk for remote, lake view working. Quality linens are provided. The kitchen is well stocked for those who like to cook, with counter seating for three. Keurig. Blender. Crock-pot. Newer luxury vinyl and porcelain tile flooring throughout, county water, propane heater, electric kitchen stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, 1 small bathroom, single shower, living room smart TV for your apps, Wi-Fi.WOODEN GAZEBO/DECK:The wooden, enclosed, lakeside gazebo on the adjacent property is not shared with neighbors. It is available for cottage guests to enjoy.
