The property now has an upgraded water filtration system throughout!!!!!! The new system removed the sulfur smell in the water and now there is drinking water next to the sink faucet in the kitchen. The property includes 4 bedrooms with 6 comfortable beds which are fully furnished with comfortable mattresses and linens. The one and only bathroom has a shower/tub and fresh bath towels. The living room boasts plush leather furniture, large flat screen tv, cable and WiFi. The fully stocked kitchen has a wine fridge, freezer, washer and dryer. The game room includes a flat screen tv, foosball table and up close viewing of taxidermy mounts. There is a huge wrap around deck with a Kenmore barbecue grill with side burner. Also on the back deck there is a pergola with sitting area under it. There is outdoor seating around a wood fire pit. This property is within walking distance to the Salmon River, the Altmar Hotel and Tailwater Inn.
