The home is a short two minute walk to the most pristine beaches on the Atlantic and offers a backyard oasis featuring a private heated pool and propane grill.Our two-story home offers over 2,600 square feet of living space. Two living areas, a large balcony overlooking the pool, a covered patio and an over 700 square foot screened in custom garage with a bar offer plenty of space to socialize in between refreshing swims in the private heated pool. Between the futon and five bedrooms, this two-story home sleeps up to twelve guests.On the first floor, a family room is furnished with a queen-size futon, chaise chair/ottoman, and a wooden bar set with five chairs. Additionally there are two bedrooms and one bathroom. The first features a queen bed, a ceiling fan, a 31" TV and an in-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds. **Please note: the first floor shares one bathroom located in the queen-size bedroom. Lastly on the first floor is a screened in four door garage fit for entertaining with a custom beach bar with four bar stools, refrigerator and table with seating for four. The second floor boasts an open area living space compromising the family room with a 42" TV and eat-in kitchen with sliders to a large spacious balcony overlooking the pool. The large balcony features a ceiling fan and patio furniture for relaxation. Prepare home-cooked meals in the well-appointed kitchen, and when you're ready to eat, gather at the eight-person dining table and four counter height bar stools.On the second floor find quiet privacy in the upstairs master suite, which features a king-sized bed, ceiling fan, 31" TV and private access to the balcony overlooking the pool. The en-suite bathroom is configured with double sinks, a soaker tub (jets not functional) and walk-in shower. Two guest rooms and a bathroom with a walk-in shower are also located on the second floor. Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a ceiling fan and 31" TV. Extra Amenities: complimentary WIFI, satellite TV, ceiling fans throughout the home, propane grill, 6 beach chairs, washer/dryer, hair dryer and boat parking.
