Newly renovated home a minute from Newport and easy access to bridge This is the perfect place for a family or a group of friends to stay while visiting Newport and Middletown!We offer large off street parking which fits four cars comfortably. Our home features 4 bedrooms, one of which is a master suite with an adjoining bathroom on the main floor. Three more bedrooms and a bathroom are located upstairs. A set of french doors open into the living room which features a cozy sectional inviting you to relax, hang out, and visit or watch a movie on the large TV positioned above the gas fireplace. Another set of french doors opens into a reading nook which also houses an array of books that are available to read and exchange during your stay.The living room opens up into the dining room which has large windows looking into your own private back yard. With the middle leaf the dining table sits 8 people. The dining room is open to the kitchen which features an island, a favorite spot to visit with a hot cup of something in the morning. The kitchen is fully stocked if your group will be preparing meals! The master bedroom on the main floor is furnished with a king bed, window bench seating, large closets, and an adjoining bathroom with a double sink vanity and a jet tub with shower. The bathroom is stocked with linens and toiletries for your stay.Three bedrooms await upstairs with one full bathroom as well as a laundry closet with a front loading washer and dryer set. Two bedrooms have large walk in closets, mini-fridges stocked with bottled water, Keurig coffee makers, and a TV.The back door from the kitchen leads to the fenced-in yard and patio. With outdoor dining for 8 it's a great place to unwind and reflect on all the good times you had that day!Special rates are available for week long and month long reservations!
