A peaceful and quiet lake house on the clinch river. Located just 3 miles off of I-40 and 5 minutes to the nearest grocery store. 3 bedrooms/2 baths with an office space in the bunk room. A large covered porch provides a great outdoor space to enjoy the views with a cup of coffee. Extremely close to all the outdoor activities East Tennessee has to offer. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, Internet and 2 smart TV's.The spaceThe master bedroom has a king bed and smart TV, this room also includes the washer and dryer. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has twin bunk beds, a desk and chair, and it's own bathroom. Open concept living room and dining area for 6.
