The home is "handicapped friendly" with no steps to enter the home, a lift on stairs to the 2nd floor and convenient railings and grab bars. A large basement room offers additional sleeping and extra space for teens.The spaceThe lighthouse room leads to a small loft above - perfect for children (above 3) to explore. Parents love the master bedroom with a window seat overlooking the lake and a large bath tub-sized jacuzzi. You'll enjoy peonies, lilies or dahlias depending on the month of your stay. Two steps down will bring you to the lawn level; an additional six steps bring you to the lake level. A dock is ready for fishermen; a mooring awaits your boat! A neighborhood lane is perfect for short walks.Guest accessThe driveway provides parking for two cars. Additional parking may be available.) A short walk leads to the house. Either my 24-year-old son or I will be living in the second story of our garage, so help is a phone call away. You can conveniently rent a boat from Owasco Marine or the Skaneateles Marina. (Just reserve it as early as possible.)Other things to noteAlthough our black cat, Suchi, will not be joining you, she is often in our home, so if you are allergic to cats, you may want to consider this.Also, our wonderful neighbors are also very particular, so it's important that there be no outside noise after 10:00 p.m.
