We are located 20 minutes from the Niagara Falls and 20 minutes from downtown Buffalo. Close to shopping, grocery stores and fast food restaurants.The space3/2 with open concept kitchen and dining room. Coffee and tea bar. First floor laundry room off the kitchen. First floor room with full bathroom. Living room with electric fireplace. Workspace off living room. 2 bedrooms on second floor with a full bathroom.Guest accessThe only place that you don’t have access to is the basement and 4th room that we are using as a storage room for linens.Other things to noteNo smoking anything in the house, this is a smoke free home. No parties are permitted, will ask you to leave without a refund. Please keep the house clean, don’t throw food into the dishwasher. Please ask if you need anything, we want you to have an amazing stay.
