This property is located on the US side of Niagara Falls. Please know that we do not accept parties.Please be advised that this home is also a multi home complex (2 separate units) . When booking this portion of the property you will be granted access to house number 1. Keep in mind ,that not booking the entire property there may be other travelers cohabiting in one of the opposite unit throughout your stay. If this is a situation you would prefer not to be in , we advise booking this listing in its entirety.The Space:We ALWAYS treat our guests like family and friends! Please note: The photos in the listing are used to give our guests an idea of the accommodations. Depending on the time of year and occupancy, the linen and some textiles you see in the pictures may not be to the exact representation in the homes versus what you see in the pictures. Lastly, to our valued guests, we try our best to provide you with the essential amenities in all of our properties , however there are certain items we DO NOT keep stocked in our homes. In particular, food related items such as coffee, creamer, sugar, cooking oils and other items along that nature. During these unprecedented times, we fell it is better that YOU the guest provide those items for yourself.Guest Access:The entire house is accessible for guests. Please do not allow kids to be unattended. There is parking for 4 cars in front of the garage. No garage parking at this time.Guests have access to the entire house except for any locked doors (basement, some closets, etc.The Neighborhood:LOCATION! This house is very close to many attractions that Niagara Falls offers and it is also close to the highway, supermarket, restaurants, etc. It is absolutely perfect for your trip in the Falls as you can park your cars on site and walk to all the tourist attractions nearby.Enjoy Niagara Falls with family/friends in this beautiful home!
