Rocking on the front porch or sitting around the outside firepit and watching the magnificent starry sky is a must in good weather.In the wintertime enjoy a cozy fire in the woodburner and settle in for a movie.Many wildlife will be seen in the mornings and evenings right out the windows.Plenty of yard for outdoor activities and parking. Small frog pond in the front. Property borders Windfall Run. Close proximity to Clear Creek State Forest and State Game Lands and Cook Forest. 3 miles from Dixon Country Corner store for forgotten items. This beautiful place has the master bedroom with queen bed, open kitchen and livingroom, and bathroom with tub/shower and washer/dryer on the first floor. The loft upstairs has two twin beds in the first bedroom and a Queen/single bunk in the other bedroom. The loft bathroom has a shower.All rooms have overhead fans and some extras.Surrounding roads are ATV permissible.
