A sliding door leads to a small balcony, which can offer a myriad of views ranging from courtyard and outdoor pool, parking lot, the Bouge Sound, or the Atlantic Ocean. A full bath (shower only) is located in the hall behind the kitchen. The private bedroom is furnished with a King bed and flat screen TV, plus offers a full bathroom. A coin and credit card operated laundry room is located on the first floor of the L building (cost is $2.00 each load to wash and dry).
