One is for the owners and the other is also rented out.Check us out on Insta at @ grantislandYou will be provided a motorized boat to get you back and forth from the mainland parking area. Please see images of it in our listing. The Parking area is about a 5 minute boat ride from the Island. A private bathroom, mini-fridge, Wifi at your disposal.You will have access to Grant Island amenities like a diving board, hammocks, docks and more
