Step off the grid and transport yourself to our happy, comfortable cottage. Wraparound screen porch, 5 bedrooms (one is downstairs), two full baths (one is downstairs), fully equipped kitchen with gas cooking, gas grill, washer/dryer, BIG yard, driveway parking for 2 cars. Maximum occupancy = 10. Upstairs bedrooms consist of 2 kings (One king room has its own screened sleeping/sitting porch), a queen, and a double. Downstairs bedroom is a queen bed. There are two porch beds for delicious screened porch sleeping.Modern amenities in a house built in 1894. But not too modernized!The house is loaded with jigsaw puzzles and games. Cable & high-speed dual band Wifi included. The dining room table comfortably seats 8 - 10 people. There is also a table that seats 6+ people on the porch and a kitchen table that seats 6. This home is well-loved and well-maintained and not your typical rental. Tree swing, clothesline, and slapping screen doors make the transformation to simpler times complete.
