Spectacularly beautiful 76-acre mountain and creek estate. Surrounded by 7 of the highest mountains in the Catskills, pitched over a roaring-portion of a major creek, featuring five uniquely high-end "adirondack-style" wooden constructions, utterly secluded yet close to convenient shops and restaurants, the never-ending indooor-outdoor spectacle of this property will transport you to an unforgettable communion with natural beauty. The property comes with a full-time caretaker/go-for, and the timing, price and circumstances are all negotiable. (As we approach our retirement and departure from the area, we are less interested in income than in sharing this amazing property with a very limited group of kindred individuals.) There are four master-bedroom suites, each spectularly different, and three more typical bedrooms on the property, plus an observation tower, a tea house over the creek, and an exercise pavilion.
