Within 5-15-minutes are countless hiking trails, lakes, kayaking, fishing streams, mountain biking, golf, amusement parks, and of course skiing/snowboarding and tubing. Nearby several wedding venues: Hayfield (less than 5 min drive), Wylder (less than 10 mins), Scribner's Lodge (less than 10 mins), Windham Manor (less than 15 mins). And we have other nearby properties to accommodate up to 22 guests! This condo is all about finding comfort and relaxation after a day of action and adventure. The living room features a wood-burning, stone fireplace and a full wall of windows and a sliding door overlooking birch trees, mountains and a pond. The private back deck is the perfect spot to enjoy a warm drink or cocktail while watching the sunset and then gazing up at the stars by night. The condo features a private entrance with keyless lock, making check-in and check-out simple. The grounds have a pool and soon-to-be renovated sports courts. You won’t find a better location for a long weekend or extended stay than this beautifully appointed home. Discounts for extended stays.Guests have full, exclusive access to condo (except one owner’s closet). Check-in and check-out are contactless and done via a unique door code. Myself and a nearby super are available 24/7 for support.Directly between Hunter Mountain and Windham Mountain. Close walk or short drive to hiking, waterfalls, kayaking, fishing, etc, etc.Easy to get around by car or on foot.Many people visit nearby Colgate Lake or North-South Lake for swimming and other recreational activities.All adult guests must be added to the reservation. Upon booking you will be required to email me full names, email addresses, and phone numbers for all adult guests. You must agree to a rental agreement prior to confirming the reservation, which I will send via Air BNB messaging and follow up with a PDF by email. I have a security camera in the living room on the fireplace mantel. It faces the kitchen and front door. You may unplug the camera upon arrival (details in welcome document).
