Very comfortable with outside sitting area. Many nearby attractions... Lake Placid, Montreal, Ausable Chasm... and more local festivities. We have a mooring with our property... and you would have to provide your own dingy or swim in as we do:) Restaurants available by water... Burlington is directly across from our camp on Willsboro Point. Washer and Dryer available for use.
