Pristine On The Water This spacious on the water 4 Bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home built in 1960, overlooks Schroon Lake and is set back from the highway, for a quiet peaceful stay in the Adirondack mountain air. The king size master bedroom with private bath faces the lake as well.Located a short distance from the village of Schroon Lake, this home has old school birds eye maple walls and a sliding glass door that opens to an expansive deck for the ultimate in lake side viewing. Our well equipped, full size kitchen makes it easy to prepare scrumptious meals to serve at the adjacent dining area or outside on deck. The open concept extends over to the living room area that has plenty of comfortable seating and a wood stove. Our expansive yard is perfect for kids and adults to enjoy outdoor activities while cooking on the outdoor grill. The fire pit is a great gathering spot for story telling, roasting marshmallows and sitting under the stars. One well mannered pet is permitted. Occupancy is limited to 7 people and parking is available for three cars. You must be at least 21years old to rent this property. Linens and towels are not provided. No smoking inside home. Dock available for smaller boat.
