Beautiful Buffalo/Niagara Apartment This apartment is 750 square foot with a separate, secure entrance with dedicated off-street parking. There is a full kitchen with large refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, dishwasher and table. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, both with a queen bedroom sets with plush mattresses. The linens are softest available to pamper you when away from home, and extra firm or soft pillows are available in the bedrooms, along with extra pillows in each bedroom. The bathroom has a whirlpool tub for your enjoyment. The living room has a 42" smart flat-screen TV with cable access and large open area for seating. There is central air conditioning and heating with a dedicated thermostat for the apartment. The property also has a large gazebo with table and chairs and BBQ grill (see owner for use). There are many things to see and do in the area. Niagara Falls is within a short drive with many sights and things to do. The Botanical Gardens, Our Lady of Victory Basilica National Shrine and golfing are within walking distance. Within a 20-minute drive, we have The HighMark Stadium (formerly New Era Stadium) for the Buffalo Bills football, Key Bank Center for the Sabres games and concerts, Sahlen's Field for Bison's baseball, Buffalo Canalside for concerts and access to water activities, Riverworks Entertainment center, shopping at the Galleria or Quaker Crossing Centers, and parks for hiking, beaches and biking (Chestnut Ridge, Woodlawn, Gallagher, Tiff Nature Preserve). Ski resorts are within an easy 45-minute drive.
