Our dock is available to use for docking your personal or rental boat at the house. The kitchen has everything you need for grab and go meals to gourmet food prep and includes a wet bar with a second sink and wine chiller. The butler's pantry includes a second stove and refrigerator and the laundry facilities. The upstairs great room has painted wood plank cathedral ceilings and a dining area with ample seating for 8 and 3 at the breakfast bar. The lake-side upper deck is the full width of the home with generous space to relax and mingle and includes dining for 6. With two bedrooms upstairs, the master suite is lakeside with deck access to a semi-private seating area. The downstairs includes a living room, dining for 8, with an additional sink and refrigerator, two bedrooms, and access to the lower level covered area and fire table. The property is conveniently located - 1/2 mile to a public boat launch, restaurants, bars, and the infamous Tom's Donuts.Pontoons, Fishing boats, and Jet Skis are available to rent locally.
