Catskill Retreat House This semi-rural mountainside retreat is the ideal prescription for the city-weary seeking an outdoor adventure or peace and space to relax. Located only 2 hours from NYC, Albany, and Syracuse.Guest accessGuests will have access to the entire house and property except for garage and red shed. Access to the barn is allowed and can be used to shelter vehicles, atvs, or snowmobiles. This property sits on 5 acres which is marked out by tape, rope and posted signs. A property layout is provided in the house manual upon check-in. Semi-rural means a mix between country-side and suburban living and does contain back roads, limited cell phone service in some areas, and limited street lighting in some areas.• This house is located on private property as well as adjacent to other private properties.
