The adjacent dining table will also come in handy for gathering to eat or play a few board games as the stars come out!Things to KnowCheck-in time: 4:00 p.m.Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.A free shuttle service to Winter Park Resort is availableA private fishing pond and hiking/biking trails are accessible from the home.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
