We're only 20 miles away from Grand Lake---the State's largest lake system.Rendezvous neighborhood, between Winter Park and Fraser.On the Winter Park bus route, about a mile from the best grocery store.No street parking. See rules in briefing book. No pets without fees and prior approval. All guests staying longer than two weeks must pay for full cleaning and linens change every two weeks during their stay, in advance.
