This hip and historic farm is a 4-bedroom and two and a half bath sanctuary. This heavenly home is fully renovated to include modern amenities while maintaining its original natural charm and character. The farm is designed to maximize natural light with an open concept floor plan. The gourmet kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, concrete counters. It is equipped with pots and pans, dishes, utensils and spices . Local shopping services are available with a guest-provided list. We can have the pantry, refrigerator and freezer stocked so you can spend all your time RELAXING ! The master suite has a king-size bed and private en-suite. There is also a downstairs guest powder/bathroom. Upstairs, two bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has a cozy twin size bed. The beds include fresh linens and beautiful textiles. There is an outdoor sauna and a rustic DIY cold plunge :). The master bath has a steam shower and separate whirlpool tub for more luxurious spa moments. Savor evenings around the open stone fire ring with family and friends roasting marshmallows and sharing stories. You can also have a camp out in the mountain tipi!!!!You can also dine in the apple orchard forest dining room or just take time to enjoy the fish activity in the crystal clear stream waters. Step into our fully functional yoga studio housed within our charming barn. Find your balance, center your spirit, and deepen your practice in this serene space.The property's Grade -A trout stream contains the cleanest water in the country. These healing waters are part of the famous watershed providing the champagne water to New York's drinking water system. The property’s wetlands and running stream promote a long nights sleep rarely experienced anywhere else.You can also enjoy hiking the property, lounging in quiet, mushroom hunting or reading a book in a cozy nook.The farm is conveniently located two miles from the Belleayre Ski Resort.
