Our cabin offers ALL the modern amenities, High-speed WiFi, fully renovated kitchen and baths, multi-zone heating and AC, we want your stay to be as comfortable and pleasant possible.This is our family's "Base Camp" for all of the activities that the Catskills offer, including spending time with family and friends. We are on 3+ wooded acres, 1 mile from the Belleayre Base Lodge and only minutes from Belleayre Beach. Come relax and unwind, enjoy an evening of BBQ on the grill while you relax by the fire pit. Spend the days skiing, hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, antiquing, and going to local farms or just cozy up with a book. In addition to Belleayre, we are only a short distance to Plattekill Mountain Ski Area and Hunter Mountain Ski Area. There are a trove of great restaurants throughout the region to discover, along with local craft breweries and distilleries. We would love for you to make our home away from home, your home away from home.Guests have access to the entire house except a couple locked closets.Very quiet wooded neighborhood. Centrally located between Phoenicia and Margaretville at the base of Belleayre Mountain Ski Center.We do have a couple Ubers but they are not on duty regularly. It is best to have your own vehicle to get around.HOUSE INFORMATION- Highspeed internet is provided, and we provide Netflix on the Smart TV.- Please try not to run the microwave and toaster at the same time as it could tip the GFI outlet or the breaker. If the GFI outlet is tripped, press the “reset” on top of the outlet. (Please do not hesitate to contact Kim @ Watchful Eye if you have any trouble / (518) 588-6283.)- Dishwasher soap pods are under the kitchen sink. Please do not place large dishes on the left side in the dishwasher; if you do, the soap won’t be able to dispense during the cycle. The whole dishwashing cycle take’s about 2 hours to complete. We kindly ask that you run the dishwasher prior to check out.- There is extra septic-safe toilet paper in the vanity of each bathroom on the bottom shelf or in the bottom drawer. (Do NOT flush anything other than toilet paper!)- Garbage bins are located to the right of the kitchen sink, extra garbage bags are under the sink.o CLEAR bags are for recyclingo WHITE bags are for regular garbage. o All garbage bags should be sealed (tied closed) and placed in the bear-proof garbage bins at the end of the driveway upon checkout.- Questions or concerns should be directed to Kim (518) 588-6283, or you may message her thru Airbnb. - Heating and Air Conditioning / Baseboard heat is controlled by the Nest Thermostat / Supplemental Multi-Zone Heating and AC is controlled in by the Remote’s in the main living area and in the loft bedroom thru the Mitsubishi Electric ductless units.
