There is ample outdoor parking for at least 4 cars.The three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath modern farmhouse sits on a hill with an expansive lawn, meadow, and woodlands. As you first enter the home through the laundry/mudroom, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, dining room, den/office with Stickley furnishings, beautiful art, and a wood-burning fireplace.Extending the living space is a “length of house” front porch, screened-in back porch, and a wraparound deck. There are outdoor seating areas spread around the property to enjoy the views and solitude.The comfy second floor has a spacious main bedroom with a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom area. The two other large bedrooms both have queen size beds and one convertible couch. They share a separate renovated bathroom. Overhead fans and Smart TVs are in all the bedrooms.All guests feel a sense of privacy while being communal when they like. Perfect for wedding parties, family gatherings and celebrations, and small retreats.
