Four bedrooms, sleeps 8 comfortably. Master bedroom with its own entrance. Three and a half bathrooms. The interior is tastefully furnished, there’s a great cooking kitchen with Bosch appliances, Bosch washer/dryer. The water tastes very good!The home was built in the nineteenth century and then underwent an expansion and so there are three distinct bedroom areas permitting privacy. There’s a back deck over the pool with gas BBQ and wonderful front porch swing. About forty yards from the house up a hill is a peaceful shaded breezy gazebo well suited to writing / reading / plotting. The grounds are very private and surrounded by woods and trails.We use the property as our own retreat, so the home is fully supplied: kitchen and bath necessities, bath and pool towels, tennis rackets and balls (there’s a tennis court with a crack but very much playable), kids baseball mitts/bats​ and balls and lacrosse gear.
