Private boat launch from the driveway, or the Chazy Boat Launch is a 5 min drive (or a quick boat drive)Large supermarket, gas stations, and local Town shops all 5 min away. A spacious deck with 3-4 person Hot Tub near the main house, and a second, 7-person Hot Tub by the Cottage. The Yard is private with a combination of fence and retaining walls and a retractable driveway safety net for children and pets.Amenities include Private Boat Launch and Dock, 2-Propane BBQ Grills, 2-Hot Tubs, Firepit, Poker table, Bumper Pool table, many water floats/toys, 55" Samsung LED TV, cable, top of the line Mesh 6 Wifi, Breville self grinding espresso machine (and the best local coffee roasters are in town) , French Press/grinder, Keurig, Insta-pots, waffle maker, sandwich press, cookers, etc. Ask me if there's something you like to use, and I'll tell you if I have it :)Main house is fully furnished with a modern kitchen (Viking Range) , dining room/game area, TV and fireplace room overlooking the lake, a Large Master Bedroom overlooking the Lake, a kids bedroom, full and half bath. And Central AC.The Cottage house has a kitchenette, a full bathroom with shower, a Queen sized bed, a double Queen bunk bed, and a trundle single bed With an attached deck with a 7-person hot tub. And a Mini-Split AC!500 speed mesh 6 internet.The garage has a private gym with elliptical Machine and bow flex extreme SE, jump rope, Bosu, ball, free weights etcThe rental includes all described amenities, with Linens and towels provided.
