Adirondack Getaway Minutes from Whiteface/Ironman Swim, bike, run, hike and ski to your heart's content within minutes of your stay. Enjoy the fire pit and wildlife views from property. Free wifi, netflix, and hulu included. 2 Parking spaces and please pull in the driveway opposite the mailbox, turn right, then park in front of the PARK Here sign. I have 3 driveways and you need to pull in the one opposite my mailbox, which has a 193 sign hanging from it. When you pull in park immediately to your right, in front of the “park here” sign. Then follow the path to the back deck where you will find the entrance. Your door key code will be provided before arrival. Just enter the code, then turn the lock lever to the left to unlock. When leaving, just enter 4 digit code and turn the lever to the right. Do not lock the doorknob lock, it’s not necessary and you will be locked out. (key is under door mat just in case). 200sq feet of living space, not huge, but as you can see from the photos it's efficiently laid out. Feel free to use large closet to your right as you enter for jackets/clothes. Large closet also has snow shoes if you need them plus an iron and ironing board. Boot tray for wet boots/shoes. Small closet has extra linens and cards/board games. Coffee maker with K cups, tea bags, and hot cocoa packets are complimentary, as well as bottled water. If using the grill, use the lighter on the utensils tray next to fridge to light it. Temp is kept at an even 65. If you want it warmer, leave the bathroom door open, which also has a heat vent, or use the radiator heater. AC unit has a remote and can be set to keep constant temp. Guest Wi-Fi SSID: 193AirBnB, password: 193AirBnB!!. Smart TV has accounts set up for Hulu and Netflix. Nintendo Wii is available, just click the input icon on the smart tv to change to wii. Games are next to the wii. The toilet uses a sewage ejector pump, so please only flush the supplied toilet paper. When leaving, please turn off lights, heater, leave towels/washcloths on the bathroom floor. Dirty dishes can be left on the platter on top of microwave. The house is on generator power in the event of power outage, except for bathroom light/fan. If power goes out, use the battery powered lantern in the bathroom vanity. Please use the ceiling vent in the bathroom when taking showers. The village is 1mi away and includes: family dollar, tops grocery, lance's pizza, laundromat, stewarts gas station, liquor store. There are many good restaurants in Lake Placid, and a couple in Wilmington, especially the hungry trout. Lock the door with the keycode and turn the lever right as you leave. Feel free to message or call me via the app if needed. Also please message me once you check out so I may schedule cleaning. NOTE: THIS IS A SMOKE/VAPE FREE PROPERTY INSIDE/OUTSIDE. Security cameras cover the entire exterior of the property. If excessive mess is left or smoke smell inside, you will be charged extra for excessive cleaning and ozone treatment Lastly, if you are short any outdoor clothing/gear, let me know I have spares.
