With plenty of outdoor space, large kitchen with great supplies, and an enclosed back yard with ample spots to rest and relax, 7 River is an essential respite.As for the area, there are several local farm stands, Post Marrow hiking trails and waterfront access! Just a 15 min bike ride away is the quaint town of Bellport w/ charming coffee, food, clothing , and antique shops. For those who are excited about outdoor, there are great entry spots for kayaking or taking a bay swim after a good hike. The sandy beach on Long Island’s Great South Bay – perfect for swimming, kayaking, and fishing in warm clean waters - is just at the end of the street! The Bellport LIRR Train Station is just 15 minutes away, so if you do not have a car there is no problem. Local Ubers too if you need. Easy to also get in and out of JFK if needed. Guidelines:• No events or parties• Two-car maximum, no street long term street parking• Renter is responsible for damages incurred during stay.
