In the cozy living room, you'll find a comfortable sectional, rocking recliner, and a large Smart Roku TV over your beautiful fireplace. The full kitchen includes a table for 6, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials. Head back to the master bedroom with a new luxury king-size mattress, sheets, and comforter. The other room includes a queen-size bed and twin bunk beds, creating enough room for your friends or kids. In the morning, sit in one of the rockers on your front deck while you sip your coffee or eat your breakfast and take in the morning lake view.When you're ready to get out there is so much for people of all ages and abilities to do!-Boat ramp and slips for rent. -Resort Pool (Memorial Day - Labor Day) - also just steps from your cabin. -Park next door.-Disc Golf Course-Take a mile walk or family bike ride to the Powersite Dam. -Paved walking/bike path to dam.Want more? Around the resort, the roads are all paved, but the parking is crushed packed gravel. A ramp leads up from the parking lot to the front door. However, it does not meet ADA standards.This cabin is in the park-like Edgewater Beach Resort on the shores of Lake Taneycomo. The cabin is on a quiet edge of the resort with a view of the water and Ozark hills. It also borders Empire Park which has a fantastic disc golf course, paved walking trails, and Powersite dam.Enough parking for 2 cars and a boat trailer.Local Restaurants, Supermarket, Coffee Shops, Donut Shop, Gas, etc - 3 mi.Branson Landing - 16 miSilver Dollar City - 21 miTop of the Rock Golf Course and Restaurant - 27 miBox Stores and Restaurants (Walmart, Home Depot, Target, Kohl's, etc) - 16 miPLEASE REVIEW THIS INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING ■ LAKE INFO- Lake Taneycomo is the coldest lake in MO and famous for fishing trout, bass, bluegill, and more. It is not an ideal swimming lake, but the cold waters can be enjoyed in the hottest months of the year. Lake weeds do grow up in the shallow waters in front of the resort for about 6 months of the year, so if you want to get into the water, plan to rent boat and take it to one of the coves across the lake. These deep coves are also a great fishing spot!■ HOT TUB - Absolutely NO GLASS or food near the hot tub. NO BUBBLES, NO SALTS OR OILS can be added to the hot tub. You must shower first and wear a swim suit (not clothes) in the hot tub. The hot tub is professionally serviced once or twice a week, depending on the season. If it needs to be served during your stay, just let us know. ■ AGE - All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents. ■ OCCUPANCY - Maximum 6 Persons. If you bring more people than accounted for on your reservation, you will be asked to leave without a refund. ■ SECURITY CAMERA - There is security camera overlooking the parking by the cabin for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for your protection. ■ NO SMOKING - This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING cabin. ■ UNCONTROLLABLE SITUATION - No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. ■ PETS - Pets are NOT allowed. We love pets. However, some of our family members and guests are very allergic to pet dander. Please be considerate and make alternate vacation arrangements for your furry family members. There are many pet-friendly cabins in the area that would love to host your family. ■ CHECK-IN/OUT - Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We do not offer early check-ins or late check-outs. We do not allow check-ins or check-outs on holidays. ■ CRITTERS - We have the cabin on a regular pest control schedule to help minimize the possibility of insects and critters. However, this is a lake area and some insects are unavoidable. You can occasionally expect to see critters (bugs, bats, ants, squirrels, frogs, etc.) in or around the cabin. If this is a concern for you, a place further from the water may be a better fit for you. Please help us by keeping the floors swept, sweets in the fridge, and trash cleaned up.
