Creekside Cottage in Village of Moravia 950 square foot single family house on quiet side street in the village of Moravia. Close to library and village conveniences. Grocery store, pharmacy, Dollar General, gas station, ice cream, hardware, post office and liquor store within walking distance. Centrally located between Auburn, Cortland and Ithaca. Beautiful area in the Finger Lakes Region with plenty of nature, attractions, wineries/breweries and sights to see. Moravia is home to Fillmore Glen State Park with beautiful hiking trails, picnic areas, swimming, camping, etc. The main floor of the house provides a living room, dining room, galley style kitchen and full bath with shower and laundry. Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms with walk-in closets. Bedroom one has a queen size bed, dresser and TV. Bedroom 2 has a full size bed, dresser, TV, an attached half-bath and a deck overlooking the backyard and creek. Backyard features a patio, lovely view of the creek running along the side of the property, and a fire pit.
