Fully stocked with everything a cook could need! Like a Vitamix blender, 14-cup coffee maker, hefty Chef’s knife, electric hand-mixer, non-stick skillets, a giant ovenproof skillet (paella pan), and MUCH more! From the pantry and fridge, feel free to use essentials like storage baggies, baking ingredients, condiments, broths, coffee, vinegars, oils, plus every spice and herb you could need! The kitchen is the social hub and HEART of this home, since it’s open to the living room and a breakfast bar-top, complete with 4 stylish barstools. The Master has a mesmerizing Travertine-tiled shower with a rare, deep, custom bathtub for two! All you need is to light the candles, run a scented bubble bath, dim the lights, play some soft music, and pour two glasses of wine!Very comfortable beds, silky soft sheets, sunny skylights, board games, gas BBQ grill, & a fire pit. No neighbors behind (just trees), for some R&R and squirrel-watching. All lights on dimmer switches, to avoid too-harsh evening lighting. Feel free to use the washer, dryer, and our laundry detergent.SECURITY DEVICES: The front door has a Ring doorbell camera that records video and audio. Inside is one noise-sensing monitor that just detects decibel levels / overall noise and doesn’t record any audio. It alerts the host if things are getting too loud.NEARBY ATTRACTIONS? …Our neighborhood has a playground and basketball court. A huge, fenced, off-leash dog park is just a 3-minute drive from the house; They have plenty of shaded benches to sit on, and a smaller dog side, too. Just a 5 minutes’ drive to the peaceful Walnut Creek Metropolitan Park. At almost 300 acres, it features miles of walking & hiking trails, an off-leash dog area, a scenic creek, swimming pool, playground, and sports and recreational facilities.About 15 minutes to THREE popular, exciting areas for shopping, dining, nightlife, and live music: The Domain, The Arboretum, and Mueller. In Mueller, you can enjoy dinner and drinks while watching a movie (a new release or a classic) at one of Austin’s iconic Alamo Drafthouse movie theaters. About 20 minutes to downtown Austin, and also to Kalahari Resorts in Round Rock, as America’s Largest Indoor Waterpark (plus lots of dining, nightlife, and more).For one-of-a-kind views of downtown Austin, borrow our inflatable kayaks to relax & sightsee from the water.
