Cozy Ashland apartment near Lakes, Skiing, Hiking, PSU Cozy top floor apartment of an antique farm house recently renovated. Located just outside of downtown Ashland on the path of beautifully winding Winona Road; towards Meredith, New Hampton, Weirs Beach and Lake Winona. Near many area attractions and Plymouth State University, beautiful Squam Lake with boating and hiking is just a quick bicycle ride away. Easy access to snowmobile and cross country skiing trails. Common Man restaurant is a short walk down into town if you are looking for a good dinner. A couch, two queen size beds and cable TV and wireless Internet are provided. There is a Keurig machine, oven, stove top, microwave. Access to the unit uses a keypad with code for entry. There is a standup shower that is pretty small but gets the job done! There are lots of activities and historical sites in the area, the Ames brook campground is nearby and so are the area snowmobile trails, the Meredith Railroad train, and Plymouth State University. Very good location in the heart of the lakes region! I lived in the apartment for a while renovating and it is very cozy. Please no more then two cars and no more then 3-4 people as this is a small upstairs unit. The owner/manager lives on site in a separate unit.
