Minutes from enjoying all that Ellicottville (EVL) has to offer (skiing, hiking, biking, zip-lining, shopping and dining to name a few!), relax in this spacious retreat nestled on over 6 wooded acres. A 4x4 or AWD vehicle is an absolute MUST during the winter and early spring months to get up the private drive. Open the front doors and step into the cozy front foyer. Continue to the large, open two story living room, dining room and kitchen area. Warm up by the gas fireplace in the living room while looking through the wall of windows at the peaceful property. Enjoy preparing meals for everyone in the fully equipped kitchen. The house has 3 full bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a loft area to comfortably accommodate up to 15 guests. Looking for something to do at the house? Enjoy the basement game room, workout room and sauna. You can also retire to the outside sauna (yes, two saunas!) or sit fireside on the backyard deck.
