This property is just a short drive to downtown Ellicottville or Holiday Valley. From the porch you can see breathtaking views of the gorgeous neighboring valleys and surrounding countryside. In the mornings, notice the "smoke" rising in the valley giving the property its name. This rental could be utilized as a great getaway for any of the 4 seasons! Inside you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Bedroom 1 is located on the lower level (must take a few steps down from the main level) offering 1 Queen bed with an attached full bath and bedroom television. A sleeper sofa is located in the upper living room. Loft bedroom 2 is on the Second Floor offering 1 Double & 1 set of Twin bunkbeds. For additional sleeping you will find a futon located outside of bedroom 2 on the second floor. Two large living rooms to gather with family and friends. Enjoy sitting by the wood fireplace or taking a dip in the hot tub after a day on the slopes. There is also a large yard and a stocked pond on the property for all to enjoy!
