Village Location, Fabulous modern renovation! The Home is a totally renovated 4 bedroom home located in the village of Ellicottville. No expense was spared. The back entrance has a mud room with a renovated barn family room and heated floors. the family room has a two story stone fireplace, bar with bar fridge,ice maker, sink and dishwasher. This room has a large screen tv with surround sound and a spiral staircase leading to a loft bedroom with a separate bath. Up 3 steps you arrive in the main floor this is an open concept chefs kitchen dining and living room space. Very modern with whimsical touches. A gas fireplace completes the living room on this level. There is also a wine inspired two piece bathroom. The kitchen has a gas stove, french door fridge, microwave, bar fridge and professional coffee maker. The second floor has three bedrooms two with bunk beds and a master suite with Queen size bed complete with fireplace. The bathroom on this floor consists of a luxury oversize shower with spray jets. When venturing outside onto the heated porch there is also a luxury hot tub with views of the hills. This home is sure to delight and has given us much pleasure over the years!
