This family friendly house is situated right in the village of Ellicottville and is just a 7-minute walk to shops, restaurants and breweries. Ellicottville has plenty to do to keep you busy including Skiing, golfing, hiking, biking, shopping and eating at the various restaurants and breweries in town. Enjoy the year-round activities that Holiday Valley has to offer. We are located 1 mile from Holliday Valley Resort and less than two miles from HoliMont Ski Club.This charming 4-bedroom house is perfect for family/ group gatherings, weddings, ski vacations or any special event weekends that Ellicottville hosts every year. You can enjoy our two spacious living rooms with flat screen TVs, perfect for movie nights after a long day of skiing. Or cozy on up next to the gas fireplace while playing one of the many board games we have provided. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, wet bar, coffee bar, large living room with fireplace, 9 beds including 1 king bed and a large secluded back yard. Minimum 30 day rental.
