Centrally located just minutes from Bretton Woods Resort, steps from snowmobile trails, and just a short drive to Cannon and Loon Mountain, our home is ideal for anyone looking to take advantage of all that the White Mountains Region has to offer. *Please note that due to severe allergies, this home is not pet friendly*Our home is spread out among 3 levels. The main level offers a large, open concept living, dining and kitchen area, along with a master bedroom with bath, and an additional half bath with laundry. The upper level features a queen bedroom, a bunk room, full bath and a loft area with a queen pullout couch, games, seating and a work area. The lower level offers a queen bedroom, a full bathroom, a game room with pool table, and a second living room. The backyard offers a private patio with seasonal furniture, a fire pit and BBQ grill. We do not supply firewood, please bring your own along.You will have access to the entire home.I am available at any time via vrbo messaging, and am local if needed.NH Rooms & Meals License #103469Due to severe allergies, our home is not suitable for pets. Quiet time is 10 PM- please be courteous if outdoors at night. Our home is family friendly and not suitable for unreasonably loud parties.VACATION HOUSE RULES AND RENTAL AGREEMENTPlease be sure to read this rental agreement in full. By clicking “Book Now” you are acknowledging and agreeing to terms and conditions of the “vacation property.”RENTAL TERMS/COSTS: Total guests not to exceed 10 people. Rental period begins at 4pm on date of check-in and ends at 11am on date of check-out.PARTIES/NOISE: Absolutely NO PARTIES. The vacation rental is not suitable for people looking for a party house. This is a family neighborhood and guests should keep noise at a respectable level. Guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately if any complaints are made in reference to a party in the home.SMOKING: Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed inside the cabin.CHECK OUT PROCEDURE: Check-out is at 11am. Guests are expected to follow the check-out procedure. Additional fees may be charged if the check-out time or procedure is not followed by guests.SEPTIC: Our home is on a septic system. Please do not flush sanitary items or wipes down the toilet. Do not put coffee grinds or kitchen grease down the sink drain.WEATHER: No refunds are given due to inclement weather or loss of power caused by storms.INDEMNIFICATION & HOLD HARMLESS; ASSUMPTION OF RISK.
