Grounds nicely maintained with large in garage for larger groups. Fully stocked kitchen and amenities like a/c, wii fi all with great local mountain views, only 4 miles from Mt Washington and Bretton Woods. Fire pit in back yard, great for night time gathering. Jacuzzi with covered roof, great for R&R after long days enjoying the outdoors!!Only 4 miles from Mt. Washington, allows easy access to all season outdoor adventures: skiing or zip lining at Bretton Woods, dinner at the grand hotel Omni or hiking Crawford Notch. Only 15 m minutes from I93 allows for easy access to Franconia State Park and Cannon Mt as well. Home driveway does have a hill - plan for winter weather .
