So, RESPECTFULLY, if you are looking for a party house, please move on to the next house.While covered in the rules, I wanted to highlight some simple rules out of respect for the neighbors and neighborhood. While we have already covered the "no partying", we also limit the cars to one car per bedroom (without permission prior to the reservation) to prevent any type of partying or more guest than what is allowed.When staying here, the entire home is yours to use.
