Rappahanock Riverfront Cottage Charming 4 bedroom/2 bath Rappahanock River cottage. Beautiful views and plenty to do! Fire pit, pingpong and a private dock...what more do you need? Bring your friends or family and enjoy the laid back River lifestyle. Enjoy walks, kayaking, fishing, crabbing and everything else the Rappahannock River has to offer. Plenty of fun activities in the area for all ages. Additional private outdoor shower is not included in bath description.Full disclosure: there is a rather unsightly house right to the left of the house. Neighbors keep to themselves and pose no threat. We suggest wearing water shoes as there are large rocks, etc in the River. Please be careful when using the steps to the beach. The high tides continually cause damage, please be careful as they can be slippery. Cleaning fee is $150. There is an additional $25 pet cleaning fee per pet per stay.
