The house is also across the street from the local community playhouse and a block from a giant dog park, recreation center and community pool. The unit boasts two rooms and a pull up sofa, with sleeping for up to 5. There are also two workspaces, two TVs, a coffee bar, a wine rack, and an outdoor patio—perfect for both relaxation and productivity. For guests staying 5 nights or more, enjoy the added amenity of full laundry room access. Also, before leaving, feel free to take with you a postcard keepsake from the master bedroom display. You'll love the delightful and 'Mount Dorable' ambiance.Important info about kids and pets:While we do not promote this property as pet-friendly or kid-friendly, we will accommodate guests as best as we can, and are happy to remove breakables before your arrival. Please inquire. Our property is not equipped with toys, cribs or high chairs, so you will need to bring your own. Also, we love dogs! But if you decide to bring Fido, please keep Fido crated or with you at all times. Dogs who won’t stop barking would not be an ideal fit for our property as we have full-time renters next door. We only allow small and medium-sized dogs with a calm demeanor. Scratches on doors and floors or damage to furniture will be the responsibility of the renter.
